by Spent 3-4 weeks with Joanne before she passed away in South Lake Tahoe. Cameron & Graham surprised Joanne. Took Joanne on visits to doctor and bank. Late breakfast @ Butter and Bacon cafe near doctor’s office. Wine tasting and food @ Lava Cap – they really went out of there way with Joanne – with Joanne, the family and Becky & Ray. Went to lunch @ Forresters, Buttercup Pantry & Independent. Had good ice cream in Hangtown. Took Joanne for picnic @ Sly Park. Took Joanne to Hwy 50 Brewery – good beer and personal pizza. Took Cameron & Graham to Mas Taco Bar.
Spent 4-5 weeks getting Joanne’s house ready for sale. Met many of Joanne’s friends: Marc & Kim, Paul & Audrey, Becky & Ray – Karen came to visit and help as well. Went to Apple Hill Cafe. Went to Sutter Creek where we wine tasted @ Bello Grace and had great pizza @ Gold Dust Pizza.
Lost power four so times…
Celebration of life with Marc, Kim, Paul, Karen, Becky and Ray in South Lake Tahoe @ Beacon Bar & Grill. Previously, we met Marc, Kim, Paul @ Emerald Bay for a toast. Took the Jack Daniels Frank Sinatra bottle. It had snowed earlier, mostly on east-side of lake.
Visited family in San Jose @ Steve & Greg’s condo for lunch before the wedding. Carol & Roy’s wedding was held @ a house in Gilroy. It was a beautiful wedding and reception. Had a good time.
