by Spent a few weeks in Reno celebrating Thanksgiving with Suzanne’s parents.
Jimmie visited for a long weekend – went to Incline Village, visited Sand Harbor, had lunch at Mister T’s – scope out areas where Jimmie and Cat got married. Rio hurt his back paw running around Ski Beach. Had dinner @ Red’s Old 395 grill in Carson City. Visited The Eddy outdoor Bocce Ball court, drinks and Pizza – storage containers.
Pre-Christmas Bocce Ball with Jerry, Jimmie, Cat, Mike and Marsha in Los Gatos. Later had wine and snacks @ Enoteca in Los Gatos with Mike and Marsha.
Celebrated Suzanne’s 60th birthday in Maui. Graham joined us for five or so days. Great condo right on Kihei beach – great walking beach. Saw Jaws surfing competition. Drove north of Kalapani to get Banana Bread. Drove with Graham to Hana to hike Seven Pools. Hiked area south of Kihei. Visited Surfing Goat Dairy, Maui Brewing Company, Maui Winery and Ocean Organic Vodka Distillery. Great meals @ Da Kitchen, Aloha Mixed Plate, Cafe Des Amis, Coconut’s Fish Cafe, Paia Fish Market, Kihei Caffe and Huli Chicken BBQ & Ribs food truck. Great pie and chicken pot pie @ Maui Pie Company. Graham had a morning on a SUP. Rio stayed with Jimmie and family (stayed overnight before flight) whilst Lila and Felix stayed with Suzanne’s parents in Reno and Danville.
Cameron, as well as David’s family, joined us in Reno for Christmas @ Suzanne’s parents place. Visited two Escape Rooms with the boys. Visited indoor Bocce Ball court for drinks, snacks and various games. Went to Great Basin Brewing Company. Visited Incline Village, Ski Beach and Sand Harbor – had lunch @ Tunnel Creek Cafe. Graham & John had dentist visits. We had a good lunch with Graham @ Sup. Had to drive back to RV storage in Sacramento since the gate code didn’t work on way to Reno – needed to get presents and my crown.
Took Jeep into service center to install recall for the death wobble. Got oil change. Got tire rotations and balancing. Found out we have 4 oil changes & tire rotations as part of the wave program.
Got new Samsung S10 phone – woohoo!
Cameron, Graham and John took Ancestry tests…
Went shopping. Locked keys in Jeep. Had to call AAA. Investigated getting electronic locks for the five doors.
